Nopes far from what happened in Yugoslavia I'm afraid. That isn't just a simple thing between North and South. The troubles there go so many centuries back, if you look at that, you can 'understand' what happened in the nineties. Sort of. War is something I never fully understand, but the ethnicity behind it explains a lot. Unfortunately. Another trival fact: both world wars kinda started there.. sort of, Serbia, if I remember it correctly
