It is. I logically know that (I've caused myself problems at times by trying to push myself to do too much in school). I'm really sorry to hear about you writing cramps! It's horrible that you were forced to write with your write hand.
I will take the time. I've got other, simpler things I can work on without pushing myself too hard.
