March 29: Mordor

Once the inhospitable Black Land, Mordor is now home to many historic sites! Climb the Endless Stair to Cirith Ungol, the ruins of Minas Morgul, and visit the Morannon, site of the famous Battle of the Black Gates! Thrill seekers will enjoy hiking on active volcanoes, while travellers looking for some R&R can soak in one of the region's many hot springs.

Day 29 - I have already decided who/what/where. So far I haven't missed a day, so I'm looking forward to these last three days. I'll have a perfect set of passport stamps :-)

Yours is definitely among those that will be a real challenge for me in the next few days: Even after resizing the stamps (twice!), it's going to be tough to get them all to fit on one passport! :) Congrats!

YAAAY! That's fantastic news! I was actually thinking about it this afternoon, as I updated the sidebar with today's challenge (since I thought the closing date was approaching ... but yes, I was too lazy to scroll down and actually, you know, check when the closing date was :^P). I'm thrilled it went well! :D

And by all means, please keep making things hard for me! ;) I have absolutely no complaints about the amount of participation we've seen this year and the staying power of those of you who have stuck with the challenges till the end! Lots of effort always goes into planning these things, and to see them enjoyed and resulting in awesome writing and art is reward in itself. :)
