This is a sort of disoriented person figuring out her environment using instruments more than her senses.
Interesting. And that makes sense. I tend to be overly sensitive to temperatures (as a tropical critter currently living in a cold environment!) so temperature tends to *thwack* me as soon as I step outside.
As for the arrows, they did go through her and the buck.
Ah. What I thought. Then what confused me was "fletchings." I am no archery expert, but aren't these the little feathers at the end? Wouldn't she be seeing the arrowheads coming out?
Sorry to be so persistently picky, but I'm just curious....
How often should I post chapters? Every other day-ish?
Can I cop out and say whenever it's comfortable for you to post them? :^D If they're all as short as this one, I wouldn't see why this would be a problem. :)
