You are still able to join our “Caprice and Chance” challenge, a Matryoshka challenge based on the sultry, swoony tropes of that perennial favorite for beach reading, the bodice-ripper romance. We also welcome three new joiners to our archive during May, and share another important milestone at the SWG.
Character of the Month Biography brings us Elrohir and Elladan, by Oshun. Although not typically thought of as Silmarillion characters, Elladan and Elrohir's family tree is a veritable thicket of who's-who in the First Age. The first part of this two-part biography explores their family ties and the events in their lives up to the Ring War.
New at the Archive lists all works added or updated on our archive during May, and the Around the World and Web section offers you a collection of recent articles of interest, fandom events, and announcements to stay up to speed with our Silmarillion fandom and the fandom world at large.
