SEX DRABBLE

Yesterday, Marta Layton came up with an idea for a drabble with a sexual theme. Okay, I know everybody out there is working on theirs, and that's why it's so quiet this morning! Anyway, I have NEVER written a drabble before, but I jumped on this one like Feanor on Nerdanel before Maitimo was born, and okay, I know it's lame, but, hey! It's my very first one!!

So here it is. I'm cross-posting it to SWG so you can delete it if you want from there. It's called:

Notes: I am submitting this story for workshop-ing simply to get that part of the group up and running. I am offering one of my own stories because I can take whatever criticism you throw my way and I want everyone to know that and feel comfortable in whatever critique they are offering, I will not take anything as an attack. Look at this piece of workshop-ing as an experimental or learning workshop, somewhere we can all try to see what way we wish to develop this feature and what works for us, silwriters as a group.

I am interested in any and all comments that you are offering on this piece.
I am interested to hear what you think of story flow and word choice.
I am interested in hearing what part of this piece you feel shows a weakness in my writing.

Now for the story itself: I am posting the prologue of a longer, so far unfinished, story however the prologue can be read as a separate stand alone story for those that so wish. Although the main story may contain themes that not all readers are comfortable with this chapter does not hold any such material and is suited for most ages to read. There are also no references to any romatic relationships of any kind.

It is an AU story in some aspects and I would be interested to see which AU aspects you clearly catch in reading it and how you feel about them but the whole concept of the story is built on canon and I draw heavily on canon knowledge for the entire story.

This story has not been beta read as it was first written as a birthday present for my beta, I therefore ask you to keep that in mind while you are reading (but please do not soften anything because of it). It will be beta-ed with the next chapter for those of you that chose to continue reading.
