Pronunciation Help

One of our podfic readers has requested help with pronunciation of Silmarillion names for a piece she is working on. I am not very good with this myself (as listening to my podfics will attest!) and so don't want to lead her astray into my bad Tolkien-with-a-Bal'more-accent ways.
