silwritersguildIn August and September 2010 we celebrated the SWG's fifth birthday and we commemorated it the only way we know how: with stories, poems, and artwork. Several components made up the celebration: there were themes proposed by our members to be used as inspiration for original works or in compilations published works and tokens to recognize the people and work that inspired an entertained us - and still do!
Just a small sample of the fantastic themes: Who? A celebration of minor characters, Númenórean Queens, Do something that's never been done,
Most sinster villain, the classic Five things , of course no Silmarillion celebration without Minstrelsy and Music, The Lays of Beleriand reloaded and many others.
