Birth dates of Fingon and Maedhros

Alright, I'm asking for people's theories on this. I have an idea for a fic, but I need their relative ages and after scouring all the sources I know, I still can't pin it down. I have my own theory, but I'm curious as to what other people think. I'm also too impatient to start comparing their parents' marriage dates and speculating. So, anyone got any ideas?

I will if it doesn't turn out too sappy! I've never written child Maedhros before, and it's a bit like writing a sabre-toothed tiger as a kitten!

All fluff stories should definitely carry warnings! No, seriously, I will read pretty much anything about Finwians, of any genre. You should post it however sappy you think it has turned out.
